Sales and Promotions Managing System and Mobile app for a leading Pharma company

Challenge

The company is one of the leaders in the pharma sector. Their OTC department needed web system to easily define, communicate and manage promotions with their sales force. The latter being constantly on the go, needed the convenience of a mobile app to close deals and place orders in real-time.

Solution

 Taking into account salesforce busy life, Donatix created easy to use design for the app. The web interface provides Sales Management with a real-time overview of orders, customers and sales performance as well as reporting tools.It communicates with a Sales and CRM Database and the app via RESTful API. Serverside is implemented on PHP Laravel framework and provides an easy and reliable way for processing orders to pharmacy resellers on a daily basis The app proved to be a success and is planned for roll-out in other markets.
