The primary goal of the project was to empower the OTC department with a digital solution that enhances communication and efficiency between sales management and the field sales force. With a large portion of the sales team operating remotely and on-the-go, the objective was to create an intuitive, responsive mobile app supported by a centralized admin system.
Challenge
Their OTC department needed a web system to easily define, communicate and manage promotions with their sales force. The latter being constantly on the go, needed the convenience of a mobile app to close deals and place orders in real-time.
Our Approach
To accommodate the fast-paced nature of the sales team, Donatix developed an intuitive and user-friendly mobile application. The web interface provides Sales Management with a real-time overview of orders, customers, and sales performance, along with advanced reporting tools. It connects seamlessly with a Sales and CRM Database via a RESTful API to ensure smooth data synchronization. The mobile application is built using VueJS and NodeJS, while ApostropheCMS powers the admin panel, providing full control over data management. The system includes secure registration and login with encrypted passwords, enabling administrators to efficiently manage products, posts, and other critical content.
