Creditland is a leading Bulgarian financial platform that connects users with tailored credit solutions from a broad network of lending institutions. With a strong focus on user experience, transparency, and digital innovation, Creditland simplifies the loan application process and empowers individuals to make informed financial decisions.
Creditland aimed to enhance user engagement and streamline access to financial consultation by integrating intelligent, real-time assistance directly into their digital platform. The project objectives were to:
• Develop a lightweight, embeddable widget that integrates seamlessly into existing website pages.
• Build a full-featured Single Page Application (SPA) for an AI-powered chatbot capable of simulating human-like interactions.
• Provide users with fast, contextual, and automated responses regarding loan products and financial services.
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness across all devices.
The main challenge was to design a conversational interface that could integrate tightly with Creditland’s existing infrastructure while maintaining a consistent brand experience. The chatbot needed to understand a variety of user intents, provide meaningful assistance, and do so in a way that was both intuitive and scalable.
Additionally, the solution had to comply with data protection regulations and be easy to maintain and extend in the future.
We adopted a modular and scalable development strategy, beginning with the creation of a reusable JavaScript widget that could be embedded into any page of the Creditland website. The widget loads the chatbot SPA asynchronously to minimize the impact on page load times.
The SPA was built using Vue 3, leveraging its reactive architecture to create a dynamic and responsive interface. The AI chatbot engine was integrated through a RESTful API, enabling smooth interactions, context tracking, and fallback mechanisms for more complex queries.

The internal deployment of the chatbot solution has streamlined employee workflows at Creditland. By providing quick, AI-powered access to key information and client interaction guidance, the system has:

This internal tool has become a valuable part of Creditland’s digital ecosystem, boosting productivity while laying the foundation for smarter internal systems in the future.
The client is an electric appliances company that is active in several business areas: from air conditioning products to Lighting Systems. Their marketing department needed support with the development of websites for several new products in their portfolio.
La Koketa is an iOS app that solves the What to wear? problem by giving outfit ideas based on user prefs thanks to its unique matching algorithm. The app has been existing for years, but the client wanted to do a major update with brand new design and new functionalities to reposition and accelerate the product, address the changing needs of the target and put it ahead of the competition.
