The client is one of the leaders in the derma-care industry. They needed to hire a technical partner to help us with mobile and web development for promotional campaigns of one of their brands. The marketing team needed an interactive tablet app to engage with their users at strategic POS to educate prospective customers regarding their skin care needs.
Donatix held several discovery meetings to discuss our goals as well as challenges that could arise. Next, we created a design of the app based on a similar promotion in another country, tackling the challenge to keep the user attention while he is at a busy place. Once the design was finalized, we proceeded to actual development and testing on real tablet devices that would be used in the promotion. The campaign has proved to be a success and helped us understand more of our consumers’ needs regarding skincare. Therefore, they are better able to determine which products to stock on the shelves.
Understanding of customers’ needs and proper merchandise stocking have improved markedly since the engagement began. Donatix corrected issues quickly and responded equally as promptly to other concerns. They accepted constructive input well, but also brought creative ideas of their own to the table.
